PITTSFIELD, Mass. – The Holyoke girls basketball team Thursday jumped out to a double-digit lead after the first quarter and went on to a 74-48 win over Pittsfield.
 
Jamie Duquette scored 22 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to lead the Generals (0-2).
 
Randie Duquette just missed a double-double with nine points and 14 boards.
 
Dezerea Powell contributed eight points, and Jasmine Small and Jamie Duquette each passed out three assists.
 
Pittsfield will look for its first win of the season on Monday when it travels to Bennington, Vt., to face Mount Anthony Union.
