Pittsfield Girls Win Regular Season Finale

WILBRAHAM, Mass. -- Peyton Steinman scored 17 points, and Bella Aitken added 15 Friday to lead the Pittsfield girls basketball team to a 54-36 win over Minnechaug in the Generals' season finale.

 

Pittsfield (16-4) got eight points and 12 rebounds from senior Allie Hunt.

 

Steinman recorded four assists, and Toni Satrape and Hunt passed out three apiece.

 

Pittsfield now gets ready for the Western Mass tournament. The seedings will be announced on Saturday, Feb. 20, at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield.
