Lenox Girls Earn First Win

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. – Claire O’Brien scored 16 points Monday to lead the Lenox girls basketball team to a 47-29 win over Smith Vocational.
 
Katie Shove scored 10 points, and Grace Julieano added nine as the Millionaires earned their first win of the season.
 
Lenox opened up a big lead in the third quarter, when it held the Vikings to just two points to go ahead, 32-19.
 
O’Brien helped put the game away with a pair of 3-pointers and eight of her 16 points in the fourth quarter.
 
Evelyn Julieano grabbed four rebounds and four steals to go along with her seven points.
 
The Millionaires (1-4) are at Hoosac Valley on Wednesday.
