Home Depot, Tractor Supply, Wal-Mart and now Target opening – all these businesses erode dollars from the marketplace. Despite significant growth in the Berkshire’s in the last few years, Carr Hardware is responding with a new rewards program targeted at its consumers and small business customers.
“Our strong volume growth the last few years has come predominantly from our commercial/institutional and large contractor base†said Marshall Raser, President of Carr Hardware. “We need to solidify our relationships with our homeowners and neighbors in the future.â€
Beginning March 11th, Carr Hardware will launch a new Rewards program. “This program is the best of all rewards programs in the industry†said Raser “We combine points for every purchase, like the airlines, with hundreds of specially priced items, like the supermarkets, to incentive our customers to choose Carrs over the competitionâ€
To get the program started, Carrs will offer every customer double points on their first purchase. With Carr Hardware Rewards, the more you shop, the more you earn and with double point on the first purchase, signing up customers is easy.
Carr Hardware is an independently owned Hardware Store owned by Marshall and Barton Raser. Carr was founded in 1928 by Sam Carr and now has four locations in downtown Pittsfield,Lee,Great Barrington and North Adams.
