Just for Kicks Soccer Tourney Draws 48 Teams in Dalton

DALTON, Mass. -- The Williamstown Soccer Club earned three titles at this weekend's 24th annual Just for Kicks Soccer Tournament.
 
The two-day tourney contested on fields at Wahconah Regional High School and Nessacus Middle School attracted 48 teams from throughout Western Massachusetts.
 
Williamstown's under-12 girls, the Flash, won their title game, 4-2, over the Pittsfield Soccer Club Tigers.
 
Williamstown also picked up a pair of boys titles.
 
The Williamstown U12 Vipers beat Gateway, 2-0, in the title game. The Williamstown U14 squad beat Berkshire Hills, 4-2, to claim the crown.
 
Host Dalton earned championships in two age groups.
 
In the U12 girls, Dalton topped Williamstown, 1-0, in the final
 
In the U14 girls, Dalton beat Berkshire Hills, 3-1, to claim the crown.
 
In the U12 boys final, Frontier defeated Williamstown, 2-0.
