Three Hornets Score Two Apiece in Girls Soccer Win

WESTFIELD, Mass. -- The McCann Tech girls soccer team defeated Westfield Vocational Monday afternoon, 10-1.

 

They took a 7-1 lead at half, not allowing Westfield anymore goals and adding three more of their own.

 

Aimee Dowling, Allie Gibeau, and Jordan Budaj led the Hornets with two goals each.

 

Natalie Diesz, Hannah Woods, Brianna Tassone, and Laura Corsi each scored one for McCann.

 

Sydney Brock for Westfield scored on a penalty kick.

 

McCann goalie Alanza Quinones had three saves.

 

McCann (5-0-1) travels to Mount Everett Tuesday for a 4 p.m. start.
