WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Hannah Jarvis scored three goals, and the Westfield girls lacrosse team scored 10 time in the first half en route to a 14-10 win over Mount Greylock on Saturday.

“Unfortunately, early unforced turnovers by Mount Greylock contributed to today's loss,” Mounties coach Lindsey von Holtz said. “While Mount Greylock played a smarter second half, we struggled to win the draw and 50/50 balls and could not decrease the gap from the first half turnovers.”

Clare Sheedy scored four goals, and Emma Polumbo had a hat trick for Mount Greylock.

The Mounties (4-3) host Lee on Monday.
