Pope Francis Girls Top Monument Mountain

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. – Isabella Meadows scored eight points to lead a balanced attack for Pope Francis in a 55-26 win over Monument Mountain in the Spartans’ season opener.

 

“Our young Monument team battled,” Spartans coach John Perreault said. “We just could not produce enough offense to keep up with Pope Francis.”

 

Polly Geddes scored six points, and Remi Perreault added five for Monument Mountain.

 

The Spartans host Mount Greylock on Tuesday.
