Thomas A. Rancatti, 66
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Thomas Alfred Rancatti, 66, of 100 Lincoln St. died peacefully at his home on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014.
Born in North Adams on Aug. 21, 1948, a son of Charles and Norma Bunting Rancatti, he attended schools in North Adams.
Mr. Rancatti assisted his family in the operations of Rancatti Garage and Towing Service at 758 State Road.
He was a devoted and loving son and brother.
He leaves a sister, Carol Ann Fryc of North Adams; a brother, Charles A. Rancatti Jr. and his wife, Margaret, of Adams; two nieces, Karen Kettles and her husband, Timothy of Adams, and Christine Suriner of Rhode Island; and two nephews, Alan Fryc and his wife, Laurie, of Chandler, Ariz., and Robert Rancatti of Adams.
He was predeceased by his nephew William Rancatti.
FUNERAL NOTICE — Services for Mr. Rancatti will take place Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 1 p.m.
at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery.
A calling hour will take place Tuesday from noon to 1 at the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested for the Berkshire Humane Society through the funeral home.
