Dear Meme,
Words can't explain the emptiness your absence has given everyone. But the joy and love your presence has left here. You were the most caring, gentle, and amazing women anyone could have been blessed to meet. I never got to thank you for everything you have taught me and have given me over the years. You are everything I wish to be, you were such an inspiring person. Your smile could light the universe. Your hugs could make all the pain go away. Your eyes gave warmth. And your heart gave a home. It didn't matter what mood I was in, you could always brighten my day. I wish I didn't take these times for granted. It still stings me to think, you are gone. To know, if I finally called you, you wouldn't answer. If I went to the mountain, you no longer will peek over the corner and hop up. But I know you are no longer suffering. I know you are at peace. I know you're sitting up there with grandma and grandpa watching over us all. I love you, so so so much. And it's only been a few days, but I'm missing you like crazy. I wish I could have one more day with you, to show you how much you mean to me. Even thirty minutes would do. But I know it's not possible, I just wish there was a way, maybe this wouldn't be so hard. So far there hasn't been a day where I haven't cried. There hasn't been a moment I haven't thought of you. You will always be in my heart. I love you gramma.
