So very sad to learn that Don's time on earth was shortened. He was a fine man that I had the honor of knowing for several years. A proud and supportive dad. Thoughts of love and condolence to his beloved family.

I just learned of this and am saddened.Don rescued my golden an I from a rabid Fox on our walk around the park, doing his duty. He was a smile every morning and we will miss him. Our prayers and thoughts to you all during this time.

Don MUST be remembered as a great human! When the New York City World trade center was destroyed by Arabic Terrorists, Don went to New York City and worked in that terrible rubble for days and days on end! Don never said "no" to any request for help, and never hesitated when he saw someone in need of help. I'll always remember Don!
