Lisa Marie Braman, 55

POWNAL, Vt. — Lisa Marie Braman, 55, of Pownal, Vt., died on Saturday, May 6, 2017, at her home. 

She was born in North Adams, Mass., on August 20, 1961, a daughter of the late Walter A. and Joan (Boyer) Braman. She graduated from Mount Greylock Regional High School in 1979. She went on to graduate from Berkshire Community College, SUNY Cortland, where she obtained a degree as an athletic trainer, as well as Hudson Valley Community College, where she trained to be a paramedic.

She worked at Williams College as an athletic trainer, and later worked as a paramedic for North Adams and Berkshire Ambulance, as well as Village Ambulance.

Survivors include a brother, Scott Braman and his wife Amber of North Adams; a sister, Laurie Lingner and her husband John of North Pownal, Vt.; a niece, Katie Braman; and a nephew, Matthew Braman.

Funeral notice: At Lisa’s request, there will be no services. Private burial will take place in the family lot in North Pownal, Vt., at a later date. Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals is in charge of the arrangements.

Rest In Peace Lisa, AKA LB, I will remember all of the laughs we have had through the years. The girls and I will raise our glasses on or next girls trip. We will have a lot of laughs remembering our trips and some of the crazy things we did . You are now with your grandfather ,I can see the smile on your face. I will think of you often!!!
