Isaie Pelletier

Isaie Pelletier, 89, of 710 Jacob's Ladder Road died Monday at home. Born in Baker Lake, New Brunswick, Canada, on Dec. 12, 1911, he was the son of Dennis and Elizabeth Nadeau Pelletier. Mr. Pelletier was a lumberjack most of his life and later went to work for Tuttle & Bailey in New Britain, Conn., until his retirement. He was a member of St. Matthew's Church in Becket. His wife, the former Mary Favale, is deceased. He leaves a son, Ronald Pelletier of Becket; a brother, Abel Pelletier of Waterbury, Conn.; a granddaughter, and three great-granddaughters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, Nov. 3, at 10 a.m. at St. Matthew's Church, 120 Church Ave., Forestville, Conn. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waterbury, Conn. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at O'BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, 24 Lincoln Ave., Forestville, Conn.
