Bruce Marchegiani, 67

MANCHESTER, Vt. — Bruce Marchegiani, 67, a resident of Beech Street, passed away August 30, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family.
Bruce was born in North Adams, Mass., on March 3, 1950, the son of Frederick and Lorraine (Foster) Marchegiani, attended schools in Williamstown, Mass., and earned his Associate Degree from Vermont Technical College.
Bruce worked as a rabbit farmer for many years and in his earlier years marched with the Green Mountain Boys. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading, woodworking and listening to country music. He enjoyed his home and spending time with his family.
Bruce is survived by his wife, the former Judith Crosier of Manchester; daughters April Tam and her fiance Michael Bushee of Manchester, Tammy Decker and her husband Donald of Newton, Alabama, and Shannon Morse and her husband John of Arlington, Vt.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother David Marchegiani.
Funeral notice: Funeral services for Bruce will be held Friday, September 8, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Brewster-Shea Funeral Home, 34 Park Place, Manchester Center, Vt. Interment will be private.
