WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — A memorial service for Emma Blair of Hancock, Mass., who died on Wednesday September 20, 2017, will be held at the Second Congregational Church in South Williamstown, Mass., on Friday, October 27, 2017, at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow in the church hall.
