PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Evelyn H. (Wilson) Shepard, 50, of North Adams, died on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield.

She was born in Lowell on September 10, 1967, a daughter John Wilson and the late Dorothy (McClellan) Morgan. She attended schools in Adams and graduated from Hoosac Valley High School in 1985.

Evelyn was primarily a homemaker but had worked for the former Waverly Fabrics, Adams.

Besides her father of Pownal, she is survived by one son, Brett Shepard of North Adams; one daughter, Samantha Shepard of Adams; one brother, Willy Morgan and his wife Michele of Adams; two sisters, Aleta Moncecchi and her husband Mike of Adams and Tammy Biagini and her husband Mike of Cheshire; one granddaughter, Addisyn Shepard; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral notice: A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017, at 5 p.m. in the Paciorek Funeral Home, 13 Hoosac St., Adams. Rev. William Furey will officiate. Burial will be at a later date at the convenience of the family.

Calling hours are Saturday from 3 p.m.. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Addisyn Shepard Education Fund through the funeral home.
