Lena M. Boichot

Lena M. Boichot, 95, of 4 Columbia St. died Saturday morning at North Adams Commons. Born in Adams on Feb. 4, 1906, daughter of Ludger and Adele Charbonneau Jarvis, she graduated from Notre Dame School. Mrs. Boichot was a homemaker most of her life. From 1956 to 1971, she was employed by the former Adams Laundry. She was a communicant of the Parish of Notre Dame-St. Thomas. Her husband, George Boichot, whom she married June 30, 1924, died Nov. 2, 1977. She leaves a daughter, Elaine Durant of Adams; two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. The funeral will be tomorrow, Dec. 4, 2001, at 10 at Notre Dame des Sept Douleurs Church. The Rev. Daniel J. Boyle, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery. Calling hours at TROTTIER-PRINGLE FUNERAL HOME in Adams will be tomorrow morning from 8 until the time of the service.
