STAMFORD, Vt. — Anthony "Tony" Luczynski, 86, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 26, 2018, at his home in Boynton Beach, Florida.

He was born in Adams, Mass., on September 4, 1932, son of the late Anthony and Marya (Szepety). He attended Stamford Elementry School and graduated from Drury High School.

Sixty-three years ago, on September 17, 1955, he married his wife Jacqueline (Morehouse) in St. Francis of Assisi Church in North Adams. They moved to Stamford, Vt., where they lived until moving permanently to Florida 5 years ago.

There were many family camping trips. He coached little league baseball during the years his sons played and was Lance’s number one fan when Lance was on the Drury High School Wrestling Team.

He loved road trips and he and his wife traveled extensively. He also enjoyed spending time on his 4-wheeler and tractor, often giving his grandchildren a ride in the bucket.

Besides his wife, survivors include five sons, Lawrence (Kathy) of Chatham, Mass., David (Nancy) of Stamford, Vt., Daniel (Nancy) of Pittsfield, Mass., Dale (Michelle) of Adams, Mass., and Lance of Leavenworth, Wash.; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
