PITTSFIELD, Mass. — April Nicole Castonguay, 48, of Pittsfield, Mass., passed away April 30, 2020, at her home. 

Born in Pittsfield on October 9, 1971, she was the daughter of Paul Castonguay and the late Elna Poirier Castonguay. She attended Lanesborough Schools and was a 1989 graduate of Mt. Greylock Regional High School. She then attended Berkshire Community College, where she received her associate's degree.

April worked as a LPN at Laurel Lake in Lee for the past four years, until her passing.

She leaves behind her father, Paul Castonguay of Ware, Mass.; three children, Ashlyn Castonguay and partner Walter Brown, with whom she lived, and Connor and Gabriella Failla; and one gradnadaughter, Eloise Krebs.
