NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  Rita Virginia (Moruzzi) DiFalco, 87, died peacefully in her sleep on June 4, 2020, in New Port Richey, Fla.

Rita was born in Readsboro, Vt., on December 24, 1932, a daughter of Eugenio Carlo and Maria (Ferrari) Moruzzi

She leaves a daughter, Barbara Bentley and her husband, Duane Bentley; a son, William M. DiFalco; two sisters, Virginia Mogavero and Theresa Herman; and a brother, Carlo Moruzzi.

She was predeceased by her brother Victor.

Rita was well known as a kind hearted person who enjoyed much during her lifetime, but her favorite time was always spent with her family.

Funeral notice: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Rita DiFalco will be celebrated Thursday, June 18, 2020, at 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery.
