Diane DiSanti, 70

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Diane C. DiSanti, 70, of North Adams, Mass., died on Sunday, July 19, 2020, at the Centers for Living and Rehabilitation in Bennington, Vt.

She was born on July 25, 1949, in North Adams, Mass., a daughter of the late Silvio A. and Rita C. (Cantrambone) DiSanti. She attended schools in North Adams and graduated from Drury High School with the Class of 1967. She worked at Sprague Electric and Coakley, Pierpan, Dolan and Collins Insurance Agency, was a family daycare provider, and was last employed with the North Adams Public Schools as a paraprofessional.

Diane was a very active communicant of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church in North Adams. She was a member of the Rosary Society and could frequently be seen with her cousins serving at the dessert table and at any extra activities sponsored by the church. She loved baking the cakes and pies for every family celebration. Diane cherished her summer vacations to Cape Cod and spending time with her family. Diane was an active supporter of the AYJ Fund, assisting with everything from creating holiday gift packages for children to volunteering at fundraising events.

Survivors include her daughter, Emma Shen Arabia of New York City; two brothers, Andrew DiSanti of Montana and Anthony DiSanti of North Adams; a sister Evelyn DiSanti of North Adams; and several nieces, nephews and cousins whom she loved so dearly.

Diane was predeceased by her twin sister Dolores Giroux; her brother Silvio DiSanti; and her sister, Mary Ann Tenczar.

Funeral notice: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Diane DiSanti will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church on Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Southview Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made to the AYJ Fund through the Flynn and Dagnoli Funeral Home, 74 Marshall Street North Adams, MA 01247. So shocked and sorry to read of Diane's passing
Worked with her years ago at Spragues. Last saw her at Motorama when shec recognized my name on a car. She filled me in on the years since Spragues. I recall her being most proud of her daughter. God bless you all at this difficult time.
