SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Irene R. (Czyryca) Ottoson age 97 passed away on November 6, 2019 and was buried on Dec. 20, 2019, in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, Calif.  

She was born on Feb. 20, 1922, in Worcester, Mass. She was the daughter of the late William and Mary E. (Biegaj) Czyryca. 

Her daughter Elaine Weeks died on Sept. 12, 2020. Her husband Gordon Leslie Ottoson died on Nov. 23, 2009.  

They were married on Nov. 28, 1970. He was a staff sergeant in World War II. 

Her sons Michael and his wife Ann Buchin and William and his wife Ophy Buchin as well as Her daughter, Margaret, and her husband Mark Beeson survive as well as her cousin, Joseph G. V. Maciora of Lenox, Mass. In addition several grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and cousins in Massachusetts.
