Kelly Perras, 52

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Kelly Ann Perras, 52, of Los Angeles, formerly of North Adams, died peacefully on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020, at Dignity Medical Center in Los Angeles surrounded by her mom, sisters Karen, Connie and Chrissy, and her niece and goddaughter, Kendalle.

Born in North Adams on March 17, 1968, a daughter of Jane Petrovice Perras and the late Edmond Andre Perras, she attended local schools and graduated from McCann Technical School and then graduated from Becker College. 

While in California, she worked in the entertainment insurance industry. Before moving to California, she was a communicant of the former St. Francis of Assisi Church.

Survivors include her mother, Jane Perras; her three sisters, Karen Iriass and her husband, Jose, Connie Therrien and her husband, Ed, and Chrissy Perras and fiance, Dan Dobbert II, all of North Adams; her former husband, John DiSanto, her forever friend, and her daughter, Sam DiSanto, the joy and absolute love of her life, both of Valencia, Calif. She also leaves her precious nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Jessie, Eddie and Kendalle.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Kelly Perras will be celebrated on Saturday, Dec. 5, at 10 a.m. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. A private burial will be in the Southview Cemetery. 

Calling hours will be Saturday from 9-10 a.m. at Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams. Oh Kelly, you were a beautiful person. I had so so so much fun getting to be your friend. You were always willing to try new things with me, and that usually meant some new fresh vegetable juice or workout. I treasure every day I got to know you and love you.
