ADAMS, Mass. —  Mrs. Daisy A. (Kalisz) Golec, 101, of Adams, died on Monday, May 19, 2025, at Williamstown Commons.

She was born in Adams on February 23, 1924, daughter of the late John and Mary (Filip) Kalisz. She attended schools in Adams and graduated from the former Adams High School.

Mrs. Golec worked for many years for the former Waverly Fabrics in Adams until retiring.

She was a communicant of the Parish of St. John Paul II at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Adams.

Her husband, Thaddeus J. Golec, whom she married on June 9, 1947, died on October 19, 2009. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her two brothers, Henry and Walter Kalisz and by three sisters, Victoria Smith, Sophie Wojcik and Stella Babcock.

Funeral services and burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
