Caitlin E. Clark, 32

ADAMS, Mass. —  Miss Caitlin E. Clark, 32, of Adams, died on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at her home.

She was born in North Adams on November 4, 1992, daughter of Melinda (Millis) Horn and David Clark and stepparents Peter Horn and Stephanie Clark. She attended schools in Adams and graduated from Hoosac Valley High School.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her son, Levi Mann of Adams; three brothers, Christopher Clark of Adams, Corey Clark and his wife Amy of Adams and Colby Clark and his wife Kerry of Hollis, ME as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services and burial will be private.

There are no calling hours.

Memorial donations may be made to the Levi Mann Education Fund through the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams, MA 01220, which is in charge of arrangements.
