ADAMS, Mass. —  Andy passed away after a brief illness on July 10, 2025. He was the beloved son of Jack Shewczyk and Laurie (Norman) Haas. He was also survived by his brother, Joseph Shewczyk; his sister Jennifer (Joseph) Zelezniak; stepsisters Nicole (Michael) Benson and Stacey (Richard) Smith; grandfather Edward Boudreau and by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Andy was a graduate of Hoosac Valley High School, Adams. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Albany and his MBA from Dowling College, Long Island, NY.

Andy, who was the oldest of 6, was intelligent, artistic, funny, caring and loveable. He will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.

Funeral services and calling hours are private, at the convenience of the family. He will be laid to rest next to his late brother, David Shewczyk in St. Basil’s Russian Orthodox Cemetery, Maplewood, NY.
