Jennifer E. King, 54

Jennifer King, age 54, passed away on September 2, 2025 in the comfort of her own home surrounded by loved ones after a courageous 3-year-long battle with Stage 4 Colon Cancer.
She was born in Holyoke, MA on November 8th, 1970, a daughter of the late Daniel and Elizabeth Ralston (Gorczakoski). After graduating from Drury High School in 1988, Jen began her schooling in Cosmetology and started a career in hairdressing. In 1993, she embarked on her 32-year-long tenure at CosmoProf where she not only skillfully managed but nurtured a fun and loving environment for hairdressers and cosmetologists alike.
With this being said, Jen was a woman of many trades. Her never-ending creativity always found a way to present itself in every little thing she did. No matter how difficult the task was, she always found a way. However, Jen found the most joy in raising her daughter and being the best mother a girl could ask for. Her daughter was the very best part of her, the piece of her heart that shined the brightest. She was an extraordinary soul whose kindness touched everyone around her. She loved her husband dearly, and their bond was a true example of love and devotion. She may have left this world physically, but the impact she made on others will live on.
She is survived by her loving husband, Raymond King, beloved daughter Danielle King, her in-laws Linda and Chuck Stevenson along with brothers Steven (Julie) and Shaun (Jessica) Ralston. She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews Andrew, Zoe, Nathan, and Samuel. She is predeceased by her parents Daniel and Elizabeth Ralston along with both sets of grandparents.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 9th at 12 Noon in Southview Cemetery, North Adams. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours in the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St. Adams, are Monday from 5 to 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to No Paws Left Behind, 69 Hodges Cross Rd.
