Raymond L. Bissaillon, 86

ADAMS, Mass. —
Raymond Leo "Buzz Evans" Bissaillon, age 86, of Americus, GA, formerly of Adams, passed away at his residence on the morning of February 11, 2025.
Raymond was born on July 13, 1938 in Adams, Massachusetts to the late Leo Bissaillon and Gladys Pause Bissaillon. He was a lifetime musician and renowned guitarist and pedal steel guitarist. He was known as "Buzz Evans" and a friend to many with a passion for music.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister; Dolores Corbiere and his brother; Chuck Bissaillon. He is survived by his daughters; Deborah Bissaillon of Americus, Heather Haney (Mickey) of Montana. His sons; Scott L. Lauth of Massachusetts, and James "Jimmy Day" Bissaillon (Tomoko) of Nebraska. His sister; Linda Kalisz (Joe) of Massachusetts. His stepchildren; Donna Peck of West Virginia and Cynthia Ferguson of Montana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; Daniel Lauth (Sherrie), Bryan Lauth, Raymond Bissaillon, Emma Bissaillon, Cannon Bissaillon, Lizzi Haney, Lexi Haney, Grady Haney, and two great-grandchildren Morris Lauth and Caitlyn Lauth, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 4th at 10:00 AM in Notre Dame des Sept Douleurs Church, Adams. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery, Adams.
