Joan Dubis, 94

ADAMS, Mass. —
Mrs. Joan M. (Raymond) Rougeau Dubis, 94, of Adams, died on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield.
She was born in Adams on March 23, 1931, daughter of the late John and Celia (Demastrie) Raymond. She attended schools in Adams and graduated from the former Adams High School.
Mrs. Dubis was primarily a homemaker but had worked for the former Waverly Fabrics and Wall-Streeter Shoe Company.
She was a longtime member of the First Congregational Church in Adams.
Her first husband, William J. Rougeau, whom she married on February 11, 1950, died on October 3, 1971. Her second husband, Leonard Dubis, whom she married on April 14, 1987, died on October 1, 2022.
She is survived by her two sons, William J Rougeau, Jr. and his wife Carla of Adams and Terry Rougeau and his wife Karen of Adams; six grandchildren, Michael, Dwane, Daryl, Robert, Maria and Mackenzie; four great grandchildren, Layla, Colby, Eric and Devin and by many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Jack and Donald Raymond and by three sisters, Norma Sondrini, Janet Cairns and Phyllis Neville.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd at 10:00 A.M. in the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery, Adams. There are no calling hours.
