ADAMS, Mass. — Richard James Fell, 79, of Bath, NY passed on December 26, 2025 at home. 

He was the son of Louis Fell and Johanna Rose (Maciora) Fell. Richard was born in Montour Falls, New York on Feb. 27, 1946. 

He worked in construction pouring concrete.

Richard is survived by his daugther, son, two brothers, three sisters as well as several cousins including Joseph G. V. Maciora  of Adams, MA and George C. Marion of Fulton, TX.  He was predeceased by a daughter.

A graveside service will be held on January 2, 2026 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Hammondsport, NY.  May he rest in peace.
