PITTSFIELD, Mass. —  Joanne H. (Pelletier) Aldam, 69 of Pittsfield, MA died Sunday March 1, 2026 at Springside Nursing Home.

She was born in Fall River, MA on November 4, 1956, a daughter of the late Arthur O. Pelletier Sr and Eleanor (Smith) Pelletier. She graduated from Pittsfield High School.

Joanne was last employed at Angelina’s Sub Shop and previously worked at Pittsfield Cooperative Bank.

She was the widow of William B. Aldam who died in 2003. They were married on February 14, 2001. Survivors include her son, Christopher (Brittany) Robillard of Pittsfield, MA; a stepson, William M. Aldam and two grandchildren, Lucy and Camden. She also leaves her sister, Linda (Michael) Maynard of Cheshire, MA and her brother, Arthur O. Pelletier Jr and fiancée, Diane Melia of Southern Pines, NC and nieces and nephews including Sandra Maynard and Kimberly Maynard of Manchester, NH; Jeffrey Pelletier and his wife, Sabrina Loucks Pelletier and Stephanie Pelletier of Schenectady, NY. Joanne’s family would like to thank the staff of Springside Nursing Home for their care and compassion.

FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral for Joanne Aldam will be Tuesday March 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-BENCIVENGA FUNERAL HOME, 5 Elm St. Pittsfield, MA with Rev. Michael Denton officiating. Burial will follow in Pittsfield Cemetery. A calling hour at the funeral home will be Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
