Areitta M. Rado

Areitta M. Rado, 81, of 29 Benton St., Winsted, Conn., a native of Great Barrington, died Tuesday at home. Born in Great Barrington on July 28, 1921, she was the daughter of Clayton and Ethel Garrison Hitchcock. She was the wife of the late Frank Rado. Mrs. Rado was a homemaker. She leaves two daughters, Donna Cruikshank of Winsted and Terry Patell of Lenox; a son, Theodore Hitchcock of South Egremont; six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 21, at SHEA FUNERAL HOME, 99 Wheeler St., Winsted, at 7 p.m. There will be no calling hours.
