Helen E. Frank, 83, of 13 Second St. died yesterday at Berkshire Medical Center. Born in Pittsfield on Jan. 22, 1920, daughter of John and Harriet Egan Gorman, she was a 1937 graduate of St. Joseph's High School and a graduate of the former Berkshire Business College. She was employed as a secretary at GE for 27 years, retiring in 1985. Mrs. Frank was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church, a former member of the Emblem Club and a volunteer at the Ralph Froio Senior Center. She enjoyed reading. She leaves two sons, Charles R. Frank of Pittsfield and Michael J. Frank of Haverhill, and three grandchildren. She also leaves her former husband, Charles H. Frank of Pittsfield. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Helen will be lovingly missed by her three granddaughters, Jamie-Lynn, Jennifer and Stephanie. Services for Helen E. Frank, 83, who died Sunday, March 2, 2003, will be tomorrow, March 4, at 8:15 from DERY FUNERAL HOME, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9 at St. Joseph's Church celebrated by the Rev. Michael Shershanovich, pastor. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be today, March 3, from 4 to 7 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
