Patricia Edwards

Patricia Edwards, 58, of 61 Howland Ave., died Wednesday morning at the home of her sister Mellissa Murphy of 4 Albert St. in Adams. She had been ill for a long time. Born in Adams on Jan. 6, 1945, daughter of Joseph and Thais Jones Lefebvre, she attended Adams schools. She was a homemaker most of her life. A communicant of the parish of Notre Dame and St. Thomas Aquinas in Adams, she enjoyed hiking, tag sales and animals. Besides her husband, William Edwards, she leaves a brother, Jeffery Lefebvre of Adams; 10 sisters, Sandra Suriner of Dalton, Leona Sherman of Orwell, Vt., Diana Operowski of Palmer, Rita Grande, Norma Morin, Barbara Jzyk, Mellissa Murphy, Pamela Martischnig, Debra Varno and Tina Radlowski, all of Adams. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Patricia Edwards will take place Monday, March 17, at 9 from the TROTTIER-PRINGLE FUNERAL HOME, 6 Summer St., Adams, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 in Notre Dame Church in Adams, celebrated by the Rev. Daniel J. Boyle, pastor of Notre Dame and St. Thomas Aquinas. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Sunday from 4 to 8. Donations in her memory can be made to the Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of Northern Berkshire through the funeral home. She also leaves her special friends, Bonnie Cantoni, Christine Holland, and Tina Desanti and several nieces and nephews. Three brothers, Joseph Lefebvre Jr., Gary Lefebvre, Kenneth Lefebvre, and one sister, Loretta Atwell, are deceased.
