Rose Kish

Rose Kish, 97, of Blair Manor in Enfield, Conn., formerly of Becket, died Sunday at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Stafford, Conn. Born Rose Czomba in Hungary on May 17, 1906, she had been a longtime resident of Becket until moving 15 years ago to the Longmeadow-Springfield area. Mrs. Kish and her husband, Frank Kish, owned and operated Center Lake Inn. Her husband died in 1960. She leaves a son, Frank Kish Jr. of Stafford Springs, Conn. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Rose Czomba Kish died Aug. 10, 2003. Calling hours will be held from 6:30 to 8 on Friday, Aug. 15, at LEETE-STEVENS ENFIELD CHAPELS, 61 South Road, Enfield, Conn. A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, Aug. 16, at 11 in Becket Center Cemetery. Mrs. Kish also is survived by her daughter-in-law, Connie Kish.
