Czeslaw Mysliwy

Czeslaw Mysliwy, 76, of 370 Park St., Housatonic, died yesterday at Fairview Hospital. Born in Lublin, Poland, on July 25, 1924, son of Tony and Tekla Mysliwy, he attended schools in Poland. Mr. Mysliwy was employed by Becton & Dickinson Co. in Canaan, Conn., as a night watchman until retiring in 1973. Before that, he worked for the former Monument Mills and Magadini & Son Construction Co. He was a communicant of All Saints' Church. He and his wife, the former Maria Glowcka, were married Aug. 8, 1951, in Germany. They moved to Housatonic shortly afterward. Besides his wife, he leaves a sister, Wanda Mysliwy of Poland. The funeral will be Wednesday, March 28, at 9 from HICKEY-ROY FUNERAL HOME, 33 South St., Great Barrington, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in All Saints' Church celebrated by the Rev. Anthony Jutt, pastor. Burial will be in St. Bridget's Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends Tuesday from 4 to 7. Expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to the All Saints' Memorial Fund.
