Paul Raymond Bedard, 48, of 16 Horrigan Road died yesterday at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield. Born in North Adams on Nov. 18, 1954, son of the late Raymond and Theresa Anita Mineau Bedard, he attended schools in Clarksburg and graduated from Charles H. McCann Vocational Technical High School in North Adams. He was last employed by the Rice Construction Co. in North Adams, retiring in 1992 because of poor health. Prior to that, he worked with his father as a carpenter. He was an enthusiastic hunter and fisherman and loved the outdoors and camping. He also had a farm where he raised animals and grew produce. He leaves his wife, Debbra Tatro Bedard, whom he married on May 11, 1974, in the Stamford Community Church in Stamford, Vt.; two sons, Peter P. Bedard of Clarksburg and Russell P. Bedard of North Hoosick Falls, N.Y.; three sisters, Paula Rae Shepard of Daytona, Fla., Tracy Ann Bedard of North Adams and Sally Jo Valotta of Clarksburg, and two brothers, Glen Allen Bedard of Okinawa, Japan, and Jody Wayne Bedard of North Adams. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Funeral services for Paul Raymond Bedard will be Monday at noon at the FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, Central Chapels, 74 Marshall St., North Adams, with the Rev. Willard Busi officiating. Calling hours at the funeral home are Monday from 10 until the time of the funeral. Memorial donationsare suggested through the funeral home. Survivors include two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Jeffrey and Amy Tatro and Brenda and Rod Young; his father-in-law, Donald Tatro, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
