Paul Michael O'Neill, 28, of 92 Francis St. died Sunday evening at North Adams Regional Hospital from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident earlier in the day. Born in North Adams on Dec. 11, 1974, son of Edward H. and Nancy A. Goodermote O'Neill, he attended C.H. McCann Technical Vocational School. For the past two years, Mr. O'Neill had been employed as a truck driver and laborer for Connors Bros. Moving and Storage in Williamstown. Before that, he was employed by Davey Tree Co. He and his wife, the former Lorene Ovitt, were married Oct. 18, 1998. Besides his wife, of Pittsfield, and his parents, of North Adams, he leaves two sons, Zachary and Cody O'Neill, both of Adams; a daughter, Dana O'Neill of Pittsfield; a sister, Pamela O'Neill of North Adams, and his maternal grandparents, Henry "Hank" and Dorothy Farrin Goodermote of Stamford, Vt. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Paul Michael O'Neill, who died Sunday, Nov. 23, will be conducted Wednesday, Nov. 26, at 10 at DERY-CHESHIRE FUNERAL HOME by the Rev. William D. Furey. Calling hours will be today from 4 to 7 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mr. O'Neill may be made to the O'Neill Children's Educational Fund in care of the funeral home, 121 North State Road, Cheshire, MA 01225. Survivors include a nephew, Matthew O'Neill.
