Victoria Coleman

Victoria Coleman, 91, of Newnan, Ga., formerly of Housatonic, died Sunday at Beaulieu Convalescent Center in Newnan. Born in Housatonic on March 17, 1912, daughter of Marcel and Marianna Zdun Siok, she attended local schools. She had been a resident of Newnan for about two years. Mrs. Coleman worked at the former Monument Mills and the former Great Barrington Manufacturing Co. until 1962. She was a former communicant of All Saints' Church and a member of its Rosary Sodality. Her husband, Murray R. Coleman, is deceased. She leaves a daughter, Constance Kenwick of Tucson, Ariz.; two sons, Jerry Coleman of Newnan and Ronald M. Coleman of Clinton, N.Y.; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Victoria Siok Coleman, who died Dec. 28, 2003, will be Saturday at 9 at BIRCHES-ROY FUNERAL HOME, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial celebrated at 10 in All Saints' Church by the Rev. Anthony Jutt, pastor. Burial will follow in St. Bridget's Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 7 at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy in her name may be made to All Saints' Church in care of the funeral home, 33 South St., Great Barrington, MA 01230. She also leaves a son-in-law, Anthony Kenwick; a daughter-in-law, Katherine Coleman of Newnan; a sister-in-law, Alicia Siok; seven grandchildren, Marcia Grizy, Crystal Molina, Rebecca Kenwick, Kathy Kelly, Melani Stephens, Jennie Jones and Jeff Coleman. She was predeceased by two brothers, Chester and Joseph Siok.
