Walter R. O'Dell

Walter R. O'Dell, 39, of 37 Elm St. Adams, died yesterday morning at home following a long illness. Born in North Adams on July 31, 1964, son of Walter H. O'Dell Jr. and Geraldine Farr O'Dell, he lived in North Adams most of his life, moving to Adams several years ago. He leaves two brothers, Shawn O'Dell and Eric O'Dell, both of North Adams; three sisters, Victoria Webster of Rutland, Vt., Theresa Lord of North Adams and Holly Bell of Pownal, Vt. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10 in the AUGE-PACIOREK-SIMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams. The Rev. Robert R. Moulton, permanent deacon of the Parishes of Notre Dame and St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Stanislaus Kostka, Adams, will officiate. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery, Adams. Calling hours are Friday from 9 until the time of the service. Mr. O'Dell also leaves several nieces and nephews.
