Lucille A. LeSage

Lucille A. LeSage, 86, of 11 Beech St. died yesterday morning at Mary Lyon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hampden. Born in Adams on July 14, 1917, daughter of Herman and Almina Royal Herzog, she attended local schools, including the former Notre Dame Elementary School. Mrs. LeSage had been employed at the former Berkshire Fine Spinning Associates for several years and later at Aladco until her retirement. She was a communicant of the Parish of Notre Dame-St. Thomas. Her husband, Roger A. LeSage, whom she married March 29, 1937, died Sept. 25, 1997. She leaves a son, Donald R. LeSage of Hampden; a sister, Rita Parrott of Adams, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A daughter, Mary A. White, died April 7, 1976. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Lucille LeSage, who died April 3, 2004, will be Tuesday, April 6, at 9 from AUGE-PACIOREK-SIMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial celebrated at 10 in St. Thomas Aquinas Church by the Rev. Daniel J. Boyle, pastor of the Parishes of Notre Dame-St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Stanislaus Kostka, Adams. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery, North Adams. Calling hours will be Monday from 4 to 7 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Adams Ambulance Service, Alert Hose Company or Baystate Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice in Springfield through the funeral home. She leaves her daughter-in-law, Martha; four grandchildren, Curtis White and Corey White, both of Dalton, Colleen Halvorsen of Hinsdale and Nikki LeSage of New York City. She was predeceased by three brothers, Francis, Leo and Lawrence Herzog, and five sisters, Mildred Parkhurst, Eva Rolland, Helen Kokindo, Roma Wilson and Mabel LaCasse.
