Joseph Crockett Bosk, 17, of 917 Ashby State Road, Fitchburg, died Saturday evening, June 12, at Leominster Hospitalas the result of a motorcycle accident. He was the grandson of attorney Joseph Wheeler and Florence Wheeler of Great Barrington. Born in Concord, N.H., on March 22, 1987, son of attorney John A. Bosk Jr.and Ingrid M. Wheeler, he was a member of the Fitchburg High School class of 2005. He was a descendant of Col. William Barrett Travis and Davy Crockett's sister, Patsy Crockett of Tennessee. Mr. Bosk was a talented artist and an aspiring blues guitarist. Besides his parents and maternal grandparents, he leaves a brother, John A. Bosk III of Fitchburg, and his paternal grandparents, John and Hazel Spielvogel Bosk of Fitchburg. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Visitation for Joseph Crockett Bosk will be Thursday from 10 to 11 at BOSK FUNERAL HOME, 85 Blossom St., Fitchburg. A graveside funeral service will take place at noon. He also leaves his aunts, Lee Ferguson of Little Rock, Ark., Cindy Ware of Norfolk, Va., and Elizabeth Nickless of Seattle; his uncle, John T. Wheeler of Great Barrington, and cousins and friends.
