Ruth Oloff, 84, of Baldwin Hill Road East died yesterday morning at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on July 23, 1920, daughter of Joseph and Annie Shopsin, she attended schools there. She had resided Boynton Beach, Fla., for 25 years before moving to South Egremont two years ago. A homemaker, Mrs. Oloff volunteered and taught bridge at Southern Berkshire Regional Community Center in Great Barrington. Her husband, Morris Oloff, to whom she had been married more than 50 years, died in 1999. She leaves two daughters, Ilene Oloff of Camp Hill Village, Copake, N.Y., and Bonnie Oloff of South Egremont. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Memorial services for Ruth Oloff of South Egremont, who died April 27, 2005, will be today, April 28, at 1 at Congregation Ahavath Sholom on North Street in Great Barrington.
