Andrea Rose Rocke, 60, of 9 Cypress Lane died Sunday at Berkshire Medical Center after a long illness. Born in Pittsfield on Nov. 4, 1944, daughter of Edgar S. Tufts of Daytona Beach, Fla., and the late Barbara E. Rose Tufts, she was educated in local schools, including Pittsfield High School. Mrs. Rocke was most recently employed as an innkeeper at the Village Inn in Lenox, where she worked for many years. She also sold antiques at the Century Barn Antique Center in Pownal, Vt. She enjoyed arts and crafts, and antiquing Besides her father, she leaves a daughter, Victoria A. Rocke of Pittsfield, and two grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE -- Andrea Rose Rocke, 60, was called safely home on May 8, 2005. In honoring Andrea's wishes, funeral services will be private and there will be no calling hours. She is also remembered by her cousin, Marilyn Pelkey, and many dear friends. She leaves behind Bixby, her faithful dog and friend. If friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the Eleanor Sonsini Animal Shelter in care of DEVANNY-CONDRON FUNERAL HOME, which has been entrusted with the arrangements. Andrea will be forever remembered as a loving and devoted mother.
