Jeanette M. Petronick, 85, of 28 Anthony St. died Thursday at the Commons Nursing Home in North Adams after a long kidney illness. Born in Adams on July 8, 1920, daughter of Wojciek and Felixa Mazolewski Sadzinski, she graduated from St. Stanislaus' School and, in 1938, from the former Adams High School. Mrs. Petronick was a homemaker and a domestic for several Adams families. She and her husband, Chester Petronick, were married Oct. 18, 1941, at St. Stanislaus' Church by the Rev. J.J. Sikowski. Mr. Petronick died May 28, 1971. She leaves her nephew and caregiver, Sigmund Sadzinski Jr. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Mrs. Jeanette Petronick will be Monday, Oct. 24, 2005, at 11 at McBRIDE FUNERAL HOME. A visitation period will be held Monday from 10 until the service at 11. The services and calling hour will be private for family members. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Red Cross through the funeral home, 6 Liberty St., Adams, MA 01220. Survivors include her nephew's wife, Beverly Sadzinski of Adams, who also was her caregiver. She was predeceased by a sister, Roma Rolland, and a brother, Sigmund Sadzinski Sr.
