Stuart James Bourdon

Stuart James Bourdon, 41, of 31 Temple Street died early Monday morning at North Adams Regional Hospital. Born in North Adams on March 31, 1964, son of Rene E. and Marilyn J. Haley Bourdon, he attended Adams schools, including Hoosac Valley High School. Mr. Bourdon was employed by his father's business, Bourdon Decorators, for the past 20 years. An avid hunter and fisherman, he also enjoyed gardening, mushrooming and collecting antique glass. He also enjoyed working on his Jeeps, and he loved animals. Besides his parents, of Adams, he leaves three sisters, Donna Bourdon of East Hampton, Conn., Brenda Nistico of Glastonbury, Conn., and Jacalyn Bourdon of Stamford, Vt. FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12, at 11 a.m. from AUGE-PACIOREK-SIMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at noon in Notre Dame des Sept Douleurs Church, celebrated by Rev. James F. McAndrews, S.J. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery at a later date. Calling hours will be Friday from 4 to 7 at the funeral home. He also leaves several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins. He was known for always saying "I Love Ya".
