Christine Palmer

Christine V. Palmer, 76, of 60 East Silver St., Westfield, formerly of Pittsfield, died Friday at the Center for Optimum Care in Westfield. Born in Rochester, N.Y., on April 23, 1925, daughter of Harold C. and Lillie Johnson Palmer, she graduated from Philmont (N.Y.) High School in 1942 and moved to Pittsfield. She moved to Westfield 24 years ago. Miss Palmer was employed by GE until 1964. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Westfield. She leaves a brother, Allen Palmer of Charlotte, N.C.; and two sisters, Lois D'Angelo of Pittsfield and Nan Wurstlin of Rensselaer, N.Y.
