Jeannette A. Lampro, 67, of 3 Dogwood Lane died Sunday at Berkshire Medical Center. Born in Pittsfield on Sept. 14, 1933, daughter of Charles J. and Ann Campbell Wellspeak, she attended Dalton schools and graduated from Dalton High School. She also graduated from St. Luke's nursing program. Mrs. Lampro was employed at St. Luke's Hospital and the former Pittsfield General Hospital as a surgical technician. She enjoyed art, paintings and carvings. She leaves her husband of 30 years, Kenneth J. Lampro Sr.; two daughters, Nancy White of Pittsfield and Bonnie Stapleberg of Windsor; three sons, Kenneth Lampro Jr. of Pittsfield, Joseph White of Dalton and H. Edward Lampro of Norfolk, Conn., and a brother, Charles Wellspeak of Dalton. Funeral services for Jeannette A. Lampro, who died Dec. 24, 2000, will be private. Burial will be held in the spring. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, which is handling arrangements.
