Anna M. Rollinger, 87, formerly of 1 Chestnut Ridge, a lifelong resident of Housatonic, died yesterday at Fairview Hospital. She had been a resident of Fairview Commons for several years. Born in Housatonic on July 27, 1914, daughter of Dennis and Melanie Ley Rollinger, she was a 1931 graduate of the former Searles High School. Miss Rollinger was employed as a salesclerk at the former Splan's Package Store in Housatonic. Previously, she worked at the former Monument Mills in Housatonic and at GE in Pittsfield during the 1940s. She was a communicant of Corpus Christi Church. She leaves a sister, Mary Rouhier of Great Barrington. The funeral will be tomorrow, July 31, at 10:30 from HICKEY-ROY FUNERAL HOME, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11 in Corpus Christi Church celebrated by the Rev. Anthony J. Jutt, pastor. Burial will follow in St. Bridget's Cemetery. Calling hours are tomorrow morning from 10 to 10:30. Donations may be made to the Corpus Christi Church Building Fund.
