Inez M. Peron

Inez M. Peron, 88, a longtime resident of Lee, died Friday at Kimball Farms Nursing Care Center in Lenox. Born in Lee on Nov. 12, 1912, daughter of Bartolo and Leonilda Adamoli Zanetti, she graduated from St. Mary's School and attended Lee High School and the former Berkshire Business College. Mrs. Peron was employed by the former Berkshire Electric and by Smith Paper Co. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church. She and her husband, John J. Peron, were married June 1, 1940. Mr. Peron died in 1998. She leaves a daughter, Diane A. McCarthy of Vero Beach, Fla.; a son, Dennis Z. Peron of Harwington, Conn.; a brother, Henry Zanetti of Wilbraham, and four grandchildren. A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Inez M. Peron will be held Friday, Aug. 10, at 10 at St. Mary's Church in Lee. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Lee. There will be no visiting hours. Friends wishing may make donations to the St. Mary's School Library Fund in care of KELLY FUNERAL HOME.
